A very rare breed of chicken, these chicks will grow up to be docile and timid, with a lovely, even temperament. Their most prominent feature is the large crest of feathers that grows on top of their heads, making them easily surprised due to a smaller field of vision. Their name comes from this plumage of feathers, as it resembles the Polish army's caps!
